Wildrence partnered with Melody Rodriguez and Jake Ruhl to produce this immersive theatre experience inspired by Gothic Romance and Dark Fairytales. Introduced to the story at its infancy by the duo, Wildrence consulted on character development and narrative arc and transformed our space into a dreamlike environment to enhance the Gothic aesthetic.

Through the Wren has four main interwoven narratives, and each guided experience guarantees one complete story arc; connecting you intimately to one of Galloway Manor's residents. 

As participants read love letters, drink house-made concoctions, rummage through suitcases, and peruse through drawers, they will notice Grimm’s Brothers influence in character archetypes and tone. Through the Wren also defies preconceived conventions of the genre by having a LGBT Gothic Romance at its center; giving the piece a classic, but modern feel.
